- This Campaign is applicable exclusively via the Mobile Reload functionality available in
the Merchantrade Money App - Eligible customers will receive a FREE RM5 domestic mobile reload, credited to their
own registered mobile number. - The FREE RM5 mobile reload is limited to one (1) time only per eligible customer during the Campaign Period.
- The FREE RM5 mobile reload will be automatically credited within twenty-four (24)
hours after a successful eligible transaction.
How it works:
- Perform a minimum mobile reload transaction of RM30 or above; and
- Customer purchasing a mobile reload of RM30 or above (defined as sender MSISDNs with
no prior reload transactions of RM30 or above recorded on or after 1 January 2025). - Reload transactions below RM30 completed prior to the Campaign Period shall not disqualify customers from this Campaign.
- This Campaign is strictly applicable to Prepaid mobile users only. Customers with
Postpaid mobile plans are not eligible and will not be entitled to receive the FREE RM5 mobile reload. - For avoidance of doubt, only Prepaid mobile users who are Merchantrade Money App
Users will be able to avail the FREE RM5 domestic mobile reload.
